This Privacy Policy explains how Ticherhaz ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Force Stop Apps 2027 - No Root mobile application (the "App") distributed via the Google Play Store, the Huawei AppGallery, and other authorized application platforms.

1. Information We Collect

We value your privacy. The App does not require you to create an account and does not directly send your personal information to our own servers.

Depending on where you downloaded the App and your device ecosystem, third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Google Play Billing) may process certain information as described below.

A. Advertising and Device Information

When you use the App, advertising partner networks (such as Google AdMob) may collect certain technical information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring, which may include:

  • Android Advertising ID (GAID), Open Advertising ID (OAID), or equivalent identifiers
  • Device manufacturer, model, and operating system version
  • IP address
  • App interactions, such as advertisement impressions and clicks
  • Crash reports and diagnostic information
  • Information related to advertising performance

Depending on your device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

The App itself does not directly collect or store this information on our own servers. Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies.

B. Memory (RAM) Usage Information

The App reads real-time memory (RAM) statistics on your device solely to display your current device memory usage within the App interface.

  • 100% On-Device: Memory calculations are retrieved strictly on-device using standard Android system APIs (ActivityManager).
  • Zero Tracking or Storage: We do not log, track, record, upload, or transmit your device RAM statistics to any remote server or third party.

C. Information We Do NOT Directly Collect

The App does not directly collect, store, or transmit the following information to our own servers:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your contacts or call logs
  • Your precise GPS location
  • Your passwords or biometric data
  • Your payment card, bank account, or financial details

2. Android Accessibility Services — Prominent Disclosure

The core functionality of Force Stop Apps 2027 - No Root requires the use of Android's Accessibility Service API.

Why We Use Accessibility Services

The Accessibility Service is used strictly to automate interactions with your device's Android Settings interface, specifically to assist with clicking the "Force Stop" and "OK" buttons when you choose to force-stop applications.

This allows the App to help you force-stop multiple user-installed applications and user-selected system applications more efficiently.

What We DO NOT Do

The App does not use the Accessibility Service to:

  • Collect personal information
  • Collect or transmit screen content
  • Record keystrokes
  • Monitor passwords
  • Monitor messages or private conversations
  • Track your browsing activity
  • Track your usage habits
  • Collect information from other applications for advertising or profiling
  • Store or transmit Accessibility Service data to our servers

The Accessibility Service operates locally on your device for the functionality described above and only runs when you actively trigger the stop process.

The App does not use Accessibility Service data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the App's core force-stop functionality.

3. Installed Applications and Package Visibility (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES)

The App requires the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to access the inventory of applications installed on your device.

Why We Access Installed Applications

Access to the list of installed applications is strictly necessary for the core task management and force-stopping functionality of the App:

  • To detect user-installed applications on your device.
  • To allow you to select "Exception Apps" (whitelist) that will never be stopped.
  • To allow you to optionally inspect and select safe pre-installed system bloatware applications ("Include System Apps") to stop and free up memory.
  • To identify and automatically lock critical operating system applications (such as telephony, Settings, SystemUI, and emergency services) to safeguard your device against accidental interruption.
  • To automate opening Android system settings for each targeted application during the force-stop process.

On-Device Processing and Zero Transmission

  • 100% Local Processing: The inventory of installed applications is accessed and processed ephemerally and strictly on your device.
  • No Server Transmission: We never transmit, upload, log, or store your list of installed applications on any remote server.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: Your installed application inventory is never sold, shared, or used for advertising, marketing, behavioral tracking, or profiling.

4. Platform Distribution & Subscriptions (Google Play Store vs. Huawei AppGallery)

Force Stop Apps 2027 - No Root is distributed across multiple application stores:

A. Google Play Store Users (Google Play Billing)

For versions installed via the Google Play Store on devices with Google Play Services, the App offers an optional auto-renewing Monthly Premium Subscription:

  • Product ID: remove_ads_monthly
  • Base Plan ID: monthly-plan
  • Subscription: Monthly Subscription (Premium)
  • Base Price: USD 1.99 per month (or localized equivalent)
  • Subscription Benefits: Removal of all ads across the App and full access to the "Include System Apps" feature.
  • Manage Subscription: Subscribers can easily manage or cancel their subscription at any time by tapping "Manage Subscription" inside the App, which redirects directly to the official Google Play Subscriptions Center (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions), or by visiting Google Play settings.
  • Restore Purchases: Subscribers can restore their active subscription on any compatible Android device logged into the same Google Play account by tapping "Restore Purchases".
  • Payments & Refunds: Handled entirely by Google Play in accordance with Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies. We do not process or store any financial credentials.

B. Huawei AppGallery & Non-GMS Users

For versions installed via Huawei AppGallery or on devices without Google Play Services:

  • Google Play Billing is unavailable and not supported on non-GMS devices.
  • Users can access all core non-system application force-stopping features for free.
  • Rewarded Video Ads (Free Ad-Free Time): Users on Huawei devices can optionally watch short rewarded video ads to earn temporary ad-free usage (1 hour per ad, stackable) without needing any subscription.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used by the App, please contact us.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Because payment processing and certain advertising-related processing are performed by third-party services, their security and privacy practices are governed by their respective policies.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By downloading, installing, or using Force Stop Apps 2027 - No Root (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. App Functionality and Device Compatibility

The App automates certain interactions with your Android device's Settings interface to assist with force-stopping applications.

Because Android device manufacturers, including Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, Google, and others, use different custom system interfaces (e.g. EMUI/HarmonyOS, MIUI/HyperOS, One UI) and Android versions, the App may not work identically on every device.

We do not guarantee that every feature will work correctly or continuously on every Android device or Android version.

2. Accessibility Service

The App uses Android's Accessibility Service API as part of its core functionality.

The Accessibility Service is used only to assist with the intended force-stop functionality by interacting with relevant controls within the Android Settings interface.

You are responsible for enabling or disabling the Accessibility Service on your device.

The App does not use the Accessibility Service to collect personal information, record keystrokes, monitor passwords, collect screen content, or monitor your activities for unrelated purposes.

3. User Responsibility & System App Force-Stopping

The App provides options to stop user-installed applications as well as optional, user-selected system bloatware applications.

Although the App incorporates intelligent safety classifications and locks critical core operating system packages (such as Settings, SystemUI, telephony, and dialers), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Force-stopping an application may cause it to cease running in the background until you reopen it.
  • Force-stopping communication, alarm, clock, or cloud-sync applications may delay or pause incoming notifications, alarms, messages, or synchronization tasks.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and selecting which applications to force-stop or exclude via the Exception list.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Use the App in a manner that intentionally interferes with the normal operation of your device or critical system services.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with billing or subscription verification.
  • Use the App to facilitate activities prohibited by applicable laws or platform distribution policies.

5. Platform Subscriptions & Free Rewarded Alternatives

A. Google Play Subscriptions

The optional Monthly Premium Subscription is offered exclusively through Google Play Billing for Google Play Store downloads:

  • Subscription Benefit: Removal of advertisements across the App and unlocking the "Include System Apps" feature.
  • Auto-Renewal: Renews monthly automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
  • Manage / Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through the "Manage Subscription" button inside the App (redirecting to Google Play Subscriptions at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions) or via Google Play Store account settings.
  • Restore Purchases: Tapping "Restore Purchases" allows subscribers to restore active subscriptions on other compatible devices signed into the same Google account.
  • Refunds: Governed strictly by Google Play's refund policies. Ticherhaz does not directly process payments or refund transactions.

B. Huawei AppGallery & Non-GMS Devices

Google Play subscriptions are not available on devices without Google Play Services. Users who install the App from Huawei AppGallery or on non-GMS devices may use all standard features for free, supported by advertisements, or watch short rewarded video ads to unlock temporary ad-free time without requiring a subscription.

6. Third-Party Advertisements

The App uses third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) to display advertisements for non-subscribed users.

Ad networks may use advertising identifiers and other technical information to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements according to your region and consent settings.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the App
  • Compatibility with every Android device manufacturer, custom ROM (EMUI, HarmonyOS, MIUI, ColorOS, One UI), or Android version
  • Successful force-stopping of every targeted application across all custom manufacturer skins
  • Any specific device performance improvement, battery extension, or hardware optimization

Force-stopping an application may cause that application to stop sending notifications, performing background tasks, syncing data, or providing other services until it is manually opened or restarted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ticherhaz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, without limitation, damages or losses resulting from:

  • Missed notifications, calls, alarms, or calendar reminders
  • Interrupted background services, cloud synchronization, or data loss in stopped applications
  • Unsaved work or state changes in applications closed during the force-stop process
  • Device performance issues, third-party app crashes, or system behavior following force-stopping

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice within the App where appropriate.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

这样可以帮助用户更加高效地批量强行停止用户安装的应用程序及用户自选的安全系统预装应用。

我们不会做什么

本应用不会使用无障碍服务来：

  • 收集个人信息
  • 收集或传输屏幕内容
  • 记录按键
  • 监控密码
  • 监控聊天消息或私人通讯
  • 跟踪浏览活动
  • 跟踪您的使用习惯
  • 为广告或用户画像收集其他应用的信息
  • 将无障碍服务数据存储或传输到我们的服务器

无障碍服务仅在您的设备本地运行，仅在您主动启动停止流程时生效，并在完成后自动停止。

本应用不会将无障碍服务数据用于广告、营销、分析或与本应用核心强行停止功能无关的其他目的。

3. 已安装应用及软件包可见性（QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES）

本应用需要使用 QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES 权限来查询您设备上已安装的应用程序清单。

访问已安装应用程序的原因

访问设备上已安装的应用列表属于本应用核心任务管理与停止功能所必需：

  • 检测您设备上安装的用户第三方应用程序。
  • 显示已安装应用列表，供您管理和选择“例外应用（白名单）”，防止指定应用被停止。
  • 支持用户自选将安全的系统预装垃圾应用（“包含系统应用”）纳入强行停止名单以释放内存。
  • 自动识别并锁定关键系统核心组件（如设置、系统界面 SystemUI、电话及紧急服务），防止误选导致系统不稳定。
  • 在强行停止过程中，自动依次打开目标应用的系统设置详情页。

本地设备处理与零数据传输

  • 100% 本地即时处理： 已安装应用列表仅在您的设备本地内存中临时读取和展示。
  • 绝不上传服务器： 我们绝不将您的已安装应用列表上传、记录或存储到任何外部服务器。
  • 不向第三方共享： 您的已安装应用信息绝不出售、共享，也绝不用于广告投放、用户追踪或画像分析。

4. 平台分发与订阅说明（Google Play 商店 与 华为应用市场）

Force Stop Apps 2027 - No Root 在不同应用平台提供分发：

A. Google Play 商店用户（Google Play 结算服务）

针对在支持 Google Play 服务的设备上通过 Google Play 商店安装的版本，本应用提供可选的月度自动续订高级会员（Premium）：

  • 产品 ID： remove_ads_monthly
  • 基础方案 ID： monthly-plan
  • 订阅内容： 月度高级订阅（Premium）
  • 基础价格： 每月 1.99 美元（或当地货币等值价格）

5. 儿童隐私

6. 数据安全

我们采取合理措施保护本应用所处理的信息。

但是，任何电子传输或存储系统都无法保证绝对安全。 由于支付处理和部分广告相关处理由第三方服务完成，因此这些服务的 信息安全和隐私实践受其各自政策约束。

1. 应用功能与设备兼容性

本应用通过与您的 Android 设备设置界面进行交互，协助实现自动强行停止 应用程序的功能。

由于 Android 设备制造商（包括三星、小米、华为、荣耀、谷歌等）可能使用不同的系统界面（如 EMUI/HarmonyOS、MIUI/HyperOS、One UI 等）和 Android 版本，本应用在不同设备上的运行方式可能有所不同。

我们无法保证本应用的所有功能能够在每一台 Android 设备或每一个 Android 版本上正常或持续运行。

2. 无障碍服务

本应用使用 Android 无障碍服务 API 作为其核心功能的一部分。

无障碍服务仅用于协助本应用预期的强行停止功能，并与 Android 系统 设置界面中的相关控件进行交互。

您可以自行决定是否在设备上启用或禁用无障碍服务。

本应用不会使用无障碍服务收集个人信息、记录按键、监控密码、 收集屏幕内容或监控与本应用功能无关的用户活动。

3. 用户责任与系统应用强行停止

本应用提供停止用户安装的第三方应用以及可选由用户自选的系统预装应用功能。

尽管本应用内置了智能安全分级并锁定了关键核心操作系统应用（例如系统设置、SystemUI、电话拨号等），但您知悉并同意：

  • 强行停止应用程序可能导致其在后台中断运行，直到您手动再次打开该应用。
  • 强行停止通讯、闹钟、日历或云同步类应用，可能会导致消息通知、闹钟提醒或后台同步任务出现延迟或暂停。
  • 您需自行审查并决定要强行停止或通过“例外名单”排除哪些应用程序。

4. 可接受的使用和禁止活动

您同意仅按照本应用的预期用途并遵守适用法律使用本应用。

您不得：

  • 修改、反向工程、反编译、反汇编或尝试提取本应用的源代码，但适用法律明确允许的情况除外。
  • 以故意干扰设备或关键系统服务正常运行的方式使用本应用。
  • 将本应用用于任何非法或未经授权的目的。
  • 尝试绕过、操纵或干扰结算或订阅验证机制。
  • 使用本应用协助进行违反适用法律或各应用商店分发政策的活动。

5. 平台订阅与免广告奖励说明

A. Google Play 订阅

月度高级订阅（Premium）仅通过 Google Play 商店提供：

  • 订阅权益： 完全移除应用内所有广告，并解锁“包含系统应用”功能。
  • 自动续订： 除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将每月自动续订。
  • 管理与取消订阅： 用户可随时在应用内点击“管理订阅”（直达 Google Play 订阅中心 https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions）或在 Google Play 商店中管理与取消。
  • 恢复购买： 点击“恢复购买”可在登录相同 Google 账户的任何支持设备上恢复已有的有效订阅。
  • 退款： 退款政策严格遵守 Google Play 官方退款规定。Ticherhaz 不直接处理付款与退款。

B. 华为应用市场（Huawei AppGallery）与非 GMS 设备

Google Play 订阅不适用于未预装 Google Play 服务的设备。从华为应用市场下载或在非 GMS 设备上运行的用户，可完全免费使用核心功能；同时可通过观看简短的激励视频广告获取临时免广告时长，无需任何购买。

6. 第三方广告

本应用对未订阅用户使用第三方广告联盟（如 Google AdMob）展示广告。

广告网络可能使用广告标识符及其他技术信息来提供个性化或非个性化广告。 对于第三方广告合作伙伴提供的广告内容、可用性或相关政策，我们不承担责任。

7. 免责声明

本应用按 “现状（AS IS）” 和 “可用（AS AVAILABLE）” 的基础提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的担保。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下事项作出任何明示或暗示的保证：

  • 本应用的可靠性、准确性或持续可用性

8. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Ticherhaz 不对因您使用或无法使用 本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。

包括但不限于以下原因造成的损失：

  • 错过通知、来电、闹钟或日程提醒
  • 被停止应用中的后台服务中断、数据同步失败或未保存数据的丢失
  • 应用在强行停止过程中由于未保存工作状态而产生的数据丢失
  • 强行停止应用后出现的设备性能变化、第三方应用崩溃或系统行为异常

本条款无意排除或限制适用法律规定不得排除或限制的任何责任。

9. 本条款的变更

我们保留随时修改本使用条款的权利。如有变更，我们会更新 “最后更新日期”，并在适当情况下通过本应用向用户提供通知。

在更新后的条款生效后继续使用本应用，即表示您在适用法律允许的范围内 接受更新后的条款。
